I can live the most of it, but not the rear end. Sadly, being in Vancouver, there's going to be countless enterprising Asians compelled to pilot this thing at 10 under the limit which, in turn will force me to see nothing but the rear.

Porsche needs to realize that not all of it's vehicles need to look identical.. the 911 shape will never work for a sedan, just like it does not work for a SUV.

I wish we could go back to the 80's, the Porsche lineup was so much more diverse looking back then.

They need to take the engine out of this thing and put it in a new 928.

.

That's word-for-word what I was telling someone earlier today. This car is coming out at a bad time too. There will be a lot of people who they assumed would buy this car that cannot afford it anymore or will not purchase it in attempt to appear frugal.

I just went the the Porsche website to laugh at whatever the MSRP will be. 89k-132k entry price will ensure that the car will see city streets. Sad, I'd rather if it failed because that is the only way Porsche would learn...

I like the Cayman the best in Porsche's stable.

what do you guys think of the Rapide?

I'd consider the Lambo Evoque as it is not the million attempt at trying to build an acceptable looking coupe with four doors. Rapide is not as ugly as the Panamera, but both suck.

OK, ive started seeing Panamera's on the road now, and i changed my mind about them again. They are in fact, ugly as fuck. It's sad when the new Taurus is more attractive than the new Porsche luxury car..

As I predicted, there has been several impaired Asians piloting these posterior-challenged machines around the lower mainland at sub-par speeds. I've yet to one with a stuffed animal lined dashboard, but the probabilites are too high for me to last much longer.

I don't know what it is, but the Porsche Pandemics look really chinsy. The rear of the Estoque is sick. As a measuring stick of how much less I pay attention to the car world than in the past, I had no idea what the lambo sedan was called until I reread this thread.

Anyway, no one has ever made a sedan better than the M5. Every generation has been amazing. I'm buying a second E39 M5 in Le Mans Blue. Also, I'm definitely getting an E34 3.8L M5.
